PLEASE NOTE - IF GOODS  ARE NOT IN STOCK,  GOODS WILL BE SENT OUT NEXT DAY DELIVERY OR FIRST CLASS - ONCE THEY ARE IN STOCK.  

FOR GOODS IN STOCK - DELIVERY IS USUALLY WITHIN THE WEEK - ONCE PACKED/CHECKED/PAPERWORK COMPLETED  - THEY ARE SENT OUT USING COURIERS WITH NEXT DAY SERVICE.

BULBS ARE NORMALLY KEPT IN STOCK - MICROSCOPES ARE USUALLY NOT KEPT IN STOCK - PLEASE SEE DELIVERY TIMES BELOW

Bulbs:  1-2 weeks

Microscopes:

Leica: 2-4 weeks

Olympus: 2-5 weeks

Motic: 2-4 weeks

Meiji: 1 week

Objectives for 160 tubelength microscopes: 2 weeks

If ordering via Email, Mail or Fax, please remember to include all relevant information (, models,types, quantity, etc.).

If you are outside the UK we will get in touch to give you Shipping details, including shipping charges. Our prices do not include import taxes/duty or customs brokerage fees.

 




Payments

We accept UK postal orders, cashiers checks, bank drafts and credit card payments via internet. We accept the following credit cards:

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check your details (card number, expiry date, name and address, etc.) to ensure you have entered them exactly as they appear on you credit card/statement. Please refer to your credit card issuer if the problem persists.

Not only is this unwise but it is also unsafe. If you have no other alternative, you may send cash AT YOUR OWN RISK. However, we cannot be held responsible for lost payments.

30 day accounts: once you get to payment section, please click on this - you will then be linke dto a printable order form. this you can print and fax or post to us. Once goods have been sent out - we will invoice and you can then settle by your normal means( bacs or cheque)

Damage in transit

In If anything has been damaged in transit, please inform us in writing within 2-3 of delivery.


Please Note
When you sign for delivery of goods, you are not merely signing for receipt of goods but receipt of goods in an undamaged condition. It is therefore in your own interest to ensure your delivery is in good condition. The courier should not object to you inspecting the goods.

Cancellations
We only sell items that meet our high standards for both workmanship and value for money. Everything should be in new condition and fit for purpose, except those items stated as in used condition. Used items are sold as described but they will match the description we give them.

If you cancel your order before despatch, there is normally no charge. However, cancellations after your card has been charged will incurr a 10% transaction charge. It is, therefore, in your own interest to ensure the goods you order are what you want. If in any doubt, please email or phone to clarify any detail before placing your order.

Any refunds can only be refunded into the same card payment is taken from.

Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail:

Returns Instructions.

  1. Please keep a copy of the invoice for your records.
  2. IMPORTANT: Please contact us - before any goods are sent back - we will then give a returns number.
  3. Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging and on the bottom of the invoice, state the reason for the return.
  4. State whether if you want a credit to your credit card or if you want an exchange.
  5. We will send exchange goods to the original delivery address unless otherwise.

  6. Wrap and seal your return(s) securely, in the original packaging where possible. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Guarantee
All microscopes(new), hardware(excl bulbs and burners and second hand equipment) are supplied with a 12 month guarantee against defective workmanship. Some manufacturers may be longer.  Should you experience any problems with workmanship or quality, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone.  Info on second hand warranty info will be given by email or phone ( will depend on outfit).

Please note   - on  warranty repairs and exchanges,or cancellations   delivery costs will be chargeable..

This guarantee does not cover misuse of goods. The things we sell are fit for the purpose stated only. Please read all lables provided on products for useage information.
